Customized Learning & Training

Each organization and teams has specific needs on each of their projects. We do not believe in a canned approach so each program we create is customized based on needs, location (virtual, hybrid or in-person) time constraints, budget and outcomes. We always start with the client goals in mind and create options for our clients.

Project Facilitation

Often a client has a specific areas for developing new products, services or experience and that they want to launch quickly and efficiently. Our professional facilitators are skilled at helping with the “front end of innovation”— including helping the team identify the desired outcome and criteria to defining the right problem, doing ideation to consider a breath of options, developing ideas into testable solutions and finally getting ready for implementation. Preparing and facilitating complex sessions related to the front end of innovation work takes time and requires highly qualified facilitators. Unless your organization has full time internal facilitators, using an external facilitator enables the team to focus on the outcomes rather than on the process and therefore be more efficient.

  • We often use a workshop format over several weeks to include internal work that can be done independently and/or asynchronously by team members (including assignments), and half- to one-day sessions to move through critical parts of the process using tools that are most appropriate to the issues at stake. This is an efficient way to move the team forward quickly from understanding the issues to having prototypes tested or ready to test.
  • We can also include user testing as part of the sessions to allow for quick feedback and iteration and may  include more hands-on learning so the teams can be comfortable using the tools on their own during and after the project is completed.

Meeting and strategic retreat facilitation

  • We can facilitate specific meetings (particularly strategic meetings) when the use of a professional facilitator can help optimize the agenda, ensure that all voices are heard and the outcome is met within the time frames
  • We have experience facilitating non-profit board retreats.
