Building skills over time in the work environment

Our training and coaching support helps to ensure your teams have the skills to innovate based on the needs of your organization and its unique culture and environment. We train people using Design thinking and Creative Problem Solving proven approaches  in an experiential way so that the group will have the opportunity to work in a team situation on a relevant challenge while learning new skills, processes and tools. This provides a unique opportunity to learn from each other, having a chance to reflect and creating internal case studies that help share the knowledge and successes throughout the organization.

While our training is customized to fit the unique needs of your organization, we often work with a mix of two to three days of workshops to have a chance to practice the skills as well as coaching to provide participants the support they need when they go back and apply their skills in their day to day work

Facilitation

A way to start up and follow up innovation projects quickly and efficiently

Our professional facilitators guide your teams through the innovation process to get a new product or service idea from problem definition to prototype. We help identify the landscape, select a meaningful destination, and create the path to get you there.

Facilitation services are particularly relevant if you have a specific innovation project that you want to tackle and need an efficient and fast way to move throughout the innovation cycle to the early prototype stage. For example, Strategic Insights was hired by a package goods company who wanted to enter a new consumer segment. We worked with the team to define and do some initial ethnographic research required to get a better understanding of the user needs, then in a three days workshop worked on defining the most relevant challenge for this target group, identify ideas and build solutions that were immediately tested with consumers so that the team left with some preliminary prototypes that could be developed and tested further. In a month of preparation and 3-day workshop, we accomplish what often takes 6 to 12 months of work.
